James McNair
Biography: James McNair is the author of thirty-eight cookbooks, including his best-selling Pizza, which has sold over 350,000 copies. His is also an award-winning food stylist and photographer and is the recipient of the first International Association of Culinary Professionals Award of Excellence in Food Photography. McNair enjoys baking all kinds of pizza in his kitchen in San Francisco and on the north shore of Lake Tahoe.
