I stumbled across a neat New York Times Recipe Lab Video Chat with Nigella Lawson early this morning which charmed me. I haven't examined Nigelissima, the latest book, but it's garnering lots of attention.

It's very charming. Julia Moskin facilitates a discussion w/Nigella and three NY Times readers, complete with video. They each prepared the same dish from Nigelissima and talk about that experience whilst examining some of Nigella's food ideas and approaches.
