I was just wondering if you could help me locate a recipe as all my cookboks have been put in to storage for the summer due to flooding - didn't want to risk my beloved cook books, hehe Only trouble is, I'm lost without them now! I'm struggling to remember a recipe from Harry Eastwood's red velvet and chocolate heartache; the rosewater cupcakes. All I can remember is that I need 250g of courgettes (I think) Does anyone else have the book/recipe that would be willing to message me the recipe as I said I would make them for a christening next week!
