Sort of like Julia and Julia.  I also know there is a site that cooks from the momofuku cookbook.  I was wondering if there were any others out there. 

Also, has anyone cooked through an entire cookbook and if so, which one?

Of course, there's also this and this which are dedicated to Dorie Greenspan's books but they are actually groups of people cooking/baking through her books rather than one blogger.

Along the same lines as Dorie's groups is also this group baking from Nick Malgieri's book, but it seems to have "disbanded" based on the last posting date.  It's still interesting none-the-less.

Erm, that's all I can think of.  I started collecting blogs before I started really collecting cookbooks.

I've been participating in Chowhound's Cookbook of the Month ("COTM") cook-along since September 2011 and have really been enjoying it.  (My id there is "breadcrumbs")

Each month members nominate and vote on a book to cook from and then the winning book is selected and members post their reviews, tips, observations and photos throughout the month.  Threads are archived but kept active so folks can continue to add to them long past the book's "official month". 

This month we've been cooking from "Around My French Table" by Dorie Greenspan.  Here's a link to that thread:

I'm late to this topic, but A Cookbook a Month is one of the most fun (often hilarious) cook the book blogs I've seen around. 

Three friends in the UK who really give a cookbook a run for its money - their reviews are in the form of mealtime dialogue with spouses and children chiming in - they provide the good, the bad and the ugly.  I like their candid views and thoughts and the frequency of their posts

Having been a blog-junkie for years, this is the only site which influenced me to actually buy a book they were experimenting with "Good Things to Eat" by Lucas Hollweg.

Thanks for that!  I'm going to check it out!
