      Made in smaller pan—grey casserole pan about 6x9. Cooked 25 minutes, pretty underdone. VERY sweet and rich, specifically the middle more undercooked pieces.

      Delicious Banana Cake, not bread! Very moist. I leave the chocolate chips out of the chocolate batter-I think they're overkill. (And I rarely think anything is overkill when it comes to chocolate!) And I find this takes a little longer to cook than suggested in the recipe ...
