      Nice, but there are tastier variations around on the same recipe, with more and deeper flavour.

      Nice risotto. I didn't do it exactly as written, subbing sugar snap peas for broad beans as didn't have any and skipping the mascarpone. I also made it the traditional risotto way, rather than pre-cooking and cooling the rice. It looked pretty with the bright green veg against the white rice.
