      This recipe is from a State Farm advertisement, so it’s easy to miss, but these pancakes are very good. I decreased the recipe by half and it made about twenty pancakes that were 3 1/2” in diameter.

      A solid four. We didn't do the potato wedges and did all some kielbasa. Love the pico on top!

      I’ve been seeing lots of these peach salads over the past several years, but I was hesitant to try one because I don’t usually care for onions with fruit. This was surprisingly good! The best part is that no particular flavor overpowered the others. I will make this again.

      Would someone please tell me where this recipe appears in the May 2012 issue of Food Network Magazine? I leafed through the issue one page at a time and never found it. I ended up locating it on-line.
