Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Curried chicken and basmati rice soup

    • JanayBlaze on January 26, 2023

This is my family's very favorite soup. We make it easier by using the meat from a rotisserie chicken. Don't skip the mango chutney, if you can help it. It adds that little something extra. I even give this book as a gift, just for the soup recipe.

  • Rosemary chicken kebabs

    • nadiam1000 on May 15, 2017

Made rosemary skewers from our huge rosemary bush by stripping the bottom leaves from long rosemary stems. broiled instead of grilled the kebabs but next time I will grill. the rosemary leaves on the skewers burned and smoked in the oven - no harm to the flavor. marinade of lemon and olive oil is delicious and the chicken was juicy and well seasoned. Basmati rice pilaf and green beans with naan bread on the side.

  • Green beans, tomatoes, and pine nuts

    • Lindalib on July 31, 2015

Quick, easy and delicious for using up CSA green beans.
