...anchovy is a small portion of a flavorful, warm vinaigrette.. And the anchovies do their job: This is a wonderfully savory vinaigrette, delicious on sweet summer tomatoes.

What makes this mocktail special, and refreshing, isn't the cucumber or the lemonade. It's the dill. The little bit of dill takes a pleasant lemonade and turns it into something different & delicious.
