  • Bacon sandwich

      I had actually never made this kind of bacon sandwich before, so I didn't know how I'd like it best, but liked the idea of back bacon as it's meatier than streaky bacon. This version was quite good. I preferred mine with no sauce; husband and son liked ketchup.
