      This is one of my favorite summer dips. The fragrant toasted spices, fresh herbs, and cooling yogurt are a winning combination. It's also not as rich and heavy as many dips. Rather than pureeing it, I simply stir it all together, and find that works very well. Make it a few hours in advance, and you'll find that the flavors improve with a little time.
