  • Grilled zucchini and tomatoes with feta sauce

      When made with sweet summer cherry tomatoes, this is especially good. The feta dressing is delicious and versatile, thin enough to use as a salad dressing. It's also quick to make, taking no more than ten minutes on the grill. I used a grill sheet pan and loose cherry tomatoes; with the pan, there's no need to skewer the tomatoes.

      These are the most delicious waffles I’ve ever had! The butter adds great flavor that is further elevated by browned bananas in maple syrup. The texture is the perfect combination of a crispy exterior and a fluffy interior, and would be equally fantastic with any topping. From now on, this will be my go-to recipe!

      Waffle recipe same as Simply Recipes "Easy Buttermilk Waffles" with additional 2T butter. Bananas glazed brown are a delicious, but very rich, topping.
