  • Rice with chicken and chorizo (Arroz con pollo & chorizo)

      Simple dish with a good amount of flavour. Rice took closer to 20 minutes but was very nice with the chorizo and the chicken contribution a certain richness. I would up the onion a but though and swap out green peppers as I found the red peppers too sweet with this.
