      Delicious. Added a frozen banana and cut back a bit on yogurt. Used plain milk and a big spoonful of walnut butter in lieu of walnut milk. Will make often!

  • Massaged kale

      About as basic as a massaged kale salad can be...not that it necessarily needs to be more complicated! I did add some grated Parmesan and ground black pepper to jazz it up a bit, you could pretty much add anything to this, such as pomegranate seeds, sunflower seeds, dried fruit etc. to give it more texture and variety.
