      I love it! The association of flavours is great and works well. That being said the author is a bit ambitious if he wants to serve it as a vegetarian main, it is too light for that, even for me :) Will definitely make again. Super easy too.

      I did it again, and loved it again :) I served with ham for a light lunch - it is super quick as well.
