    Soy-dipped hamburgers, page 15 - lots of great memories with this recipe. Mom always made her burgers like this one. She altered the additions of spices and herbs, but always soy sauce, garlic, ginger, worcestershire sauce, and sugar. Instead of using zip locks to marinate the patties, she would marinate in a deep platter turning the patties occasionally. The taste of marinade permeated the burgers completely and made for yakitori style aroma when grilling.
