Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Sour cream-maple muffins

    • MollyB on July 11, 2021

Great muffins! Relatively easy and not too sweet. They're especially good while still warm from the oven when the edges are a little crispy. Toasting the pecans makes them a little better if you have the time and energy to toast them.

  • Spice muffins

    • Karen_S. on April 17, 2022

I made these in a mini-muffin pan. I got 36 minis from one recipe.

  • Buttermilk-bacon muffins

    • dianev on February 06, 2018

Good muffin, but Golden Delicious apple didn't provide a lot of flavor. Try a more flavorful but not too juicy apple.

  • Apple-cheddar muffins

    • MollyB on February 06, 2018

Love this recipe. It makes a slightly sweet muffin with a wonderful savory edge. I usually make it with granny smith apples.
