I am not really a dessert maker but have made this at least twice. Instead of sprinkling powdered sugar on top I spread with a quince jelly glaze and served with fresh raspberries.

I am not a chocoholic so I don't know why I bought this book. But I am a lemon fiend and this is wonderful lemon curd. Highly recommended.
