  • Egg and cress sandwiches

      I never had an interest in egg salad sandwiches till I tried one in England that had cress on it. I have been making them for myself and my daughter ever since. This recipe pretty much reflects the amounts of ingredients I use to make my own version. I also add about 1/2 tsp. of Dijon mustard to the filling.
