Absolutely delicious and 2 people went away with the recipe. I followed Delia's recipe with added cornflour for making the custard as I was rather nervous of this, and it thickened beautifully. I used sweet Marsala wine as an alternative to apricot brandy, which I wouldn't otherwise have any use for.

It is a beautifully produced book...It is full of glossy photographs (a must in my opinion), along with comments from the judges, mastertips and step-by-step photos.
