  Not much of a flavour oomph, but good to go alongside a more strongly flavoured stew.

  Simple but tasty way to make swordfish. I even forgot to serve the lemon sauce with it, but it was still very good.

  I thought this might be too simple - the only seasoning is salt and pepper - but all the carrots and celery in the sauce gave it a lovely sweet flavor. And halibut is too nice of a fish to disguise too much. The S.O. really loved it as well.

  Very simple, fast, light and tasty. I substituted olive oil for butter to make it even lighter.
