David's Table
I can’t say enough about this chutney....I put it on everything that doesn’t move. It really does spike up the flavor of meats, vegetables or even as a topping on crostini.

Publishers Text
A book for single, food-loving cooks, with 100 recipes that deliver flavorful, globally inspired, and unfussy meals, all scaled to serve one.
As the Cooking for One columnist for the Washington Post and the head of a single household, Joe Yonan knows a thing or two about the takeout doldrums and the challenges of creating practical “serves 1” dinners that meet the standards of the avid and engaged eater. His debut cookbook celebrates the flexibility of single life and the freedom to cook the foods you crave when you crave them. Recipes include inventive dishes such as Wine-Braised Chicken Thighs with Olives, Prunes, and Almonds, Spicy Almond Noodles with Edamame, Cochinita Pibil Tacos with Habanero Salsa, and Yogurt Parfait with Rhubarb-Ginger Sauce and Strawberries, all of which are a snap to make and immensely satisfying to eat.
