A cookbook by Chinese chef, Ken Hom, this combines ingredients and ideas from Chinese, French and "New American" cuisine with added influences from Japan, Mexico and Italy. The recipes include starters and puddings and are quick and easy to prepare using no special equipment. The author also wrote "Chinese Cookery" and is the presenter of the BBC Chinese Cookery programme.
