    Love love love this soup! The chickpeas are genius. You will feel virtuous and healthy while eating this soup. Very filling as well.

    Really easy and good flavor. Lentils remain intact and toothsome. Chickpeas are mainly a thickener, and could probably be omitted to be GAPS-friendly (leaving a thinner and brighter soup).

    Made for New Years Eve dinner party.Was a lovely loooking cake but the cake it self was just a ok recipe. If making use a tastier dense cake recipe. All that work and does not taste as good as it looks.

    Jan 2020 Made for Heston's (might have done it before?) Chilled pan, 1/4 sheet, then cut and put pieces on waxed paper, then froze cut wedges. Will roast/bake in oven. I think it is 375?? Using as starch with shrimp sheet pan supper.

• Crudités with green goddess dressing

    This was the Green Goddess Dressing I was looking for. I replaced 1 cup of the mayo with greek yogurt and instead of green onions, I used the newly sprouted tops of garlic because that is what was in the greenhouse. Because of the already there-garlic taste and left out the garlic cloves.
