      Nice flavors, although we used the broiler rather than the grill. Still a very quick and easy dinner with potatoes on the side.

      Overall the results were not bad, but I did find there was a bit too much acid in the chimichurri and that the boconccini were a little bland. That said, as a whole the salad was good and might be improved with some tweaking. Perhaps marinating the cheese and the steak (separately) in the dressing would improve flavour. Plus I would add more heat and oil to the dressing.

      We loved this dessert. Easy to assemble, excellent warm out of the oven, and still tasty the next day. Definately a keeper.
