      This fit the bill for a healthy weeknight meal- quick braised fennel and seared scallops on salted yogurt. I added mustard to the yogurt, remembering a mustard cream sauced shrimp recipe from the 80's.

      Porch Sitter might be a better title for it. It’s a fruity, zingy ice-cold drink for summer, and it’s a perfect excuse to sit down and put your feet up for a minute or two.
