    Cocoa Muffins page 64: Made with the nut crunch topping. Very good. Baked for only 20 minutes. Had a little extra batter. Made 12 very nicely sized muffins. Might make a little extra topping next time. Used walnuts and did not use the almond extract.

    p. 28 Banana Muffins Nice moist muffins flavored with a bit of cinnamon. Added 2/3 cup of mini chocolate chips and baked at 350 for 13 minutes in muffin top pans.

    p. 43 Chocolate Chip Cappuccino Muffins A 2 hour delay due to snow meant I had time to bake muffins for my son before he headed off to school. I took a quick look through this new to me book and settled on this recipe because my son LOVES coffee and I had all the necessary ingredients. Flavored with instant espresso powder these muffins are a nice tan color and have great coffee flavor. They are wonderful muffins that I'll be sure to make again.
