      These were absolutely delicious. However, I suggest cutting the chili oil in half. I used 1 and 1/2 tablespoons and my husband and I like spicy, but this blew our heads off. I also cut the pork back to 8 ounces as that is plenty for two servings.

      These were sooo good! They are simple and quick, and my guests and family loved them! I served them with Kir Royales on a sunny Easter day, and they were wonderful.

  • Brussels sprouts with walnut vinaigrette

      This salad is delicious, but prepping the brussels sprouts is a bit of a pain. I think shaving them would work fine. The walnut vinaigrette (made with melted butter, walnut oil, champaigne vinegar, shallots, crushed walnuts, and salt and pepper) is delicious. I think it would work with shredded cabbage.
