      I doubled this and even the leftovers were very good! The cauliflower is an interesting and tasty accompaniment. I will make this again.

      This is simple and good! It was a great way to use up two ears of corn I had in the freezer, cherry tomatoes from my garden, and leftover grated cheese from another meal. The white wine gives it an unexpected dimension. I will make this again!

      Very good. I used frozen corn kernels to save some time. The corn kernels and the corn meal both added sweetness to the fritters.
