My best chocolate chip cookies

These are absolutely fabulous. The recipe made about 18 good sized cookies and took about 12 minutes in the oven. She is right that the technique yields a crisp yet very chewy cookie that has tonnes of chocolate, just the way I like them.

Great grains muffins

These are excellent little tea or snack muffins. Mildly sweet with a nice hit of flavour from the dried prunes. Would definitely make again. Also, they are about half whole grain but you can hardly tell as the texture is so nice.
