    Thanks to the EYB member who indexed this recipe :) ... This recipe so easy to make and we loved the way it turned out. The cherry tomatoes melted in the mouth, the squash at the bottom were soft, and the ones at the top were crispy. And the whole dish was completed by the breadcrumbs and basil. We did not have any leeks and we did change one thing. Since my husband could not find our paella pan, he made the dish in an ordinary pan, to get the right result he decided to sauté the onions in advance. They turned out wonderful in the finished dish. We will definitely make this dish again.
