Semi-retired doorman for a cat named Julia Child. Other than the grill I personally don't cook that much, but this is because I'm married to somebody who is far better than I am. What I concentrate on is food preparation, food preservation, garde mange and charcuterie. By the time winter gets here there will be a year's supply of tomato sauces in the basement not to mention jams and marmalades. There will be a couple of hams dry curing in the basement and sausage curing in the wine cooler. I also smoke bacon, fish and whatever looks interesting.
