Felicity Cloake is a freelance journalist and food writer from London. She writes the weekly columns ‘How to cook the perfect…’ and ‘Felicity Cloake’s masterclass’ in the Guardian and is also the New Statesman’s food columnist. She has won the Fortnum & Mason Cookery Writer of the Year award, and the Food Journalist of the Year and New Media Awards from the Guild of Food Writers.
