Catherine Atkinson is a trained Cordon Bleu cook and her catering experience led her to publishing, creating recipes and styling food for photography. Christine France trained as a Home Economist, then spent many years working on magazines, before setting up her own freelance consultancy. Christine McFadden has contributed to a variety of publications including BBC Good Food, House and Garden and Healthy Eating and has made many TV appearances. Mary Banks worked at the International Coffee Organization in London and was trained in all aspects of coffee roasting, grinding, blending and brewing.
