    It isn't baking in the traditional sense, but it does use yeast, and it is CRUMPETS! I want to be a crumpet maven.

    I would love to master Profiteroles and temperamental choux pastry. Unfortunately this is a treat that I must go out to enjoy, as I failed miserably years ago when I had a pregnancy craving for those delicious mouthfuls. Choux Pastry would also make Croquembouche a possibility.........!!!
