The Great New Zealand CookbookEighty of New Zealand's finest cooks, chefs and bakers have contributed over 200 recipes to The Great New Zealand Cookbook, a wonderful celebration of New Zealand's ethnic diversity and fresh local produce. Peter Gordon, Josh Emett and Lauraine Jacobs let us into their homes and their hearts as they share their favourite recipes they make for people they love. Each recipe is accompanied by stunning original photographs shot entirely on location that truly capture the essence and nature of this beautiful country. Anyone with an interest in New Zealand will appreciate this book for its stories and photos as well as the recipes.
