Chinese hot pot. The one that Japanese called shabu shabu (which I understood is the more commonly known name in the UK). It's a way of eating I really loved growing up. I wanted it to be part of my family tradition. Now my eldest is 4, she might be ready to cook her own food in a hot pot.
