Bon Appetit The Food Lover's CleanseSince 2011, Sara Dickerman worked with registered dietician Marissa Lippert and Bon Appetit to create a yearly 2-week Bon Appétit Food Lover's Cleanse recipe plan. Now the plan has been expanded to cover the entire year in the new cookbook, Bon Appétit - The Food Lover's Cleanse. Inside you'll find four different two-week cleanse plans, one for each season, and 140 fabulous recipes that use fresh, flavorful, unprocessed ingredients.     A little confused about conflicting one spot it says open Worldwide, in the next paragraph it says entries outside the US will be discarded. Which is correct?

    Grains, mostly quinoa lately, to have during the week to make grain bowls. Then it's just a matter of prepping whatever veggies/proteins I want as toppings.

    Which healthy ingredient do I enjoy cooking with most? Wow, that's impossible to answer, since I like to think that I cook with only healthy ingredients! Almost any vegetable, especially greens, would be my favorite ingredient.

    I love raw and cooked organic veggies- renkon (lotus root), gobo (burdock), bamboo shoots, sweet potatoes... Also snacking on fresh, organic in-season fruit - right now it's dried persimmon and strawberry season here, yum!

    I love all foods and love combining them in new ways. All food is healthy its what we do to it, how we combine it and how much of it that we eat that makes it unhealthy. At the moment I cant get enough of cauliflower salads, brussel sprout slaw and beetroot. All raw!

    Spinach, broccoli, sweet potatoes and bok choy are some of my favorite go to healthy ingredients to cook with. I also got my husband hooked on them, well except the spinach, and he loves them now as much as i do.
