Cookbook Giveaway - French Desserts

French Desserts by Hillary Davis is one of my favorite titles from her recent collection focusing on French cuisine. Le French Oven, French Comfort Food and Cuisine Niçoise: Sun-Kissed Cooking from the French Riviera are all beautiful books but there is something special about this dessert volume.

Read more about this author and her books in our review and recipe post.

We are pleased to offer two copies of French Desserts in our giveaway for EYB Members in the U.S. and Canada. One of the entry options is to answer the following question in the comments section of this blog post:

What French dessert is on your bucket list to master?

Please note that you must be logged into the Rafflecopter contest before posting or your entry won't be counted. If you are not already a Member, you can join at no cost. The contest ends November 12th, 2016.

Another fantastic cookbook by Hillary - I was one of the recipe testers for this book (unfortunately it looks like the recipe I tested didn't make it into the final edition!). One of my favorite memories is making croissants in Montmartre!

I generally stay away from the notoriously challenging and time-consuming ones, as the simpler ones can be so easy and gratifying to make. I do love charlottes, and you don't see many recipes for them!
