Cookbook Giveaway - Butter Celebrates!

Butter Celebrates!: Delicious Recipes for Special Occasions by Rosie Daykin is a gorgeous book from the owner of the popular bakery, Butter Bakery & Cafe in Vancouver. This title is her second offering. Her debut cookbook, Butter Baked Goods is just as lovely.
For more information on both these titles, please see my review post which also shares a recipe for Butterscotch Walnut Pie.

We are pleased to offer three copies of Butter Celebrates! to our EYB Members in the U.S. One of the entry options is to answer the following question in the comments section of this blog post:
What is one item that you pick up at the bakery that you would like to learn to recreate at home?

Honest-to-goodness Italian rum cake. The one I remember wasn't very sweet. I've never tasted that same kind of filling or frosting since. It had sides covered with slivered almonds. The frosting may have simply been whipped cream, but the filling was some sort of firm custard with a very unique flavor - again, not very sweet. So yummy, though! That's the best a 49 yo's memory can do, from a cake eaten at four yo.
