    Lip Smacking Chicken (houw could I not) with Spiced Potato Cakes - because I read a book that talked about cumin adn potatoes so much I craved them, but my wing-it attempt was not so magical. Edible, but not magical.

    paneer bites and dry chickpeas sound so snackable! The fish items all sound great and I would love to try them because I don't think I've ever had Indian flavors with fish.

    The simple vegetable briyani and Jalebia for desert. It's a shame I grew up on Indian food but never learned to cook it. I actually did make some dahl poori last year. I watched a Surinamese gentleman on video show me how.

    Indian food was readily available where I used to live. Now I live in a place that has many positive attributes but culinary diversity is not one of them. I never tried paneer but since I love dairy, the recipe for "Home-made paneer" intrigues me most.
