    Okiay I am going with something soooooo Southern and I actually live in Tennessee ....plus my mother, who is British, was born and raised in India her first 22 years so I have eaten plenty of Indian food - she cooked it daily when I was growing up. meshing these two together is a terrific idea! This book is right up my alley! Golden Kochadi Grits....omg sounds like a bit of Heaven!

    mmm, the chai, the cocktails sound so nice, especially the sparkling thyme rose...oh, and the fruit salad topped with shrimp and the cardamom honey lime dressing! so hard to choose with anything indian-spiced.
