    This sequence sounds delightful: Chargrilled chicken with harissa -- couscous two ways -- golden raisins, rapini and soffritto -- olive oil and lemon.

    oh my god, the very first one i saw--that fire-grilled stuffed calamari, wow. or the grilled wild prawns, wood-grilled alaskan sea scallops, garlic, rosemary, sea salt potatoes, grilled polenta, maple roasted apples, grilled peaches, lemon semolina cake...i love this book.
