    I'd have to start with the classic, peasant bread master recipe. I love Alexandra's recipes, so I'm sure they're all lovely!

    I made the No-Knead Peasant Bread that was on FOOD52 and was quite happy with the results. Now I'd like to make the frittata, and look forward to seeing more of this book!

    The Anadama bread. I tried the basic peasant bread recipe, and it was pretty good, but I think one of the more flavorful variants would be more interesting.
