    I love Japanese sweet potatoes, so I'd have to make the Japanese sweet potato soup with ginger, smoked salt, and aged balsamic vinegar. My mouth is watering just looking at the ingredients!

    The Dried Porcini, fresh mushroom, and whole tomato ragout with seared polenta sounds very appetizing and most importantly - filling. I'd definitely try this one first.
