    Masala lobster. I don't think I've ever had, or even seen, a Indian fish or seafood dish but it's a big country so I'm sure it's just my limited experience with Indian cuisine.

    I'd go for the Mushroom Pilau; mushrooms are not a usual ingredient in Indian cuisine, and I'd like to see what can be done when one of my favorite ingredients meets one of my favorite cuisines.
