    I'd make the anise hyssop cake. I grow the herb and can't find enough ways to enjoy it's heavenly scent.

    I would make the fish sauce, anything with sour cherries, and pretty much most things in this book.

    I am always looking for ways to use up carrot tops from my CSA, and there's only so much pesto one can make, so I would make the carrot top vinegar.
