    Sign me up for the chana masala. (But I'm really not sure what to make of the definite article as the author's middle name [?] . . . there must be a story, but there's no easy-to-find explanation on the fancy website--the photos are lovely, though.)

    The butter chicken will make an appearance first. Fenugreek -- people do not cook with this enough.
