    I'd try one of the recipes with broccoli rabe--an absolute favorite of mine--so perhaps the bread gnocchi with broccoli rabe?

    I noticed many recipes using kimchi. I would probably try one of those first as I'm always looking for new ways to utilize the kimchi in my fridge!
