    Whole-wheat blueberry beet muffins (page 28) Now this sounds really Good because we Love Beets, have some growing in our Garden and we Raise Blueberries which are just starting to ripen..     Would love to try Rice crackers (Bánh da vừng) from the cookbook Made in Vietnam: Homestyle Recipes from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh. Served with Spicy eggplant and young jackfruit salad (Nộm cà tím và mít non); Stir-fried bamboo with sesame seeds (Măng xào). Thanks for the inspiration!
